RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare and beauty devices.

  • 30-Day Guarantee: Unused and unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
     

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at support@siyaskin.com with photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no extra charge.
     

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our end.
